PhysicianOne Urgent Care Waterbury

I love PhysicianOne Urgent Care. I've been going here for a while now and they have never once let me down. I use there virtual care which is great also. There very clean never have problems with rude staff. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I’m not sure who they send their x-rays out to, however this is the second time i’ve been told i’m “fine” at physician one only to see someone else and be told the opposite. today my foot was broken, last year my lung was collapsed. if you need an x-ray, you’re better off going to ANY ER, even if the wait time is 12 hours. I promise you it’s better to just wait than come here. while the staff was friendly, this isn’t okay.

Amazing Service from the ladies in the front desk, the nurse aid that takes vitales and especially Amazing doctor these Urgent Care Wolcott 920 Wolcott street Waterbury are Amazing from the front desk their so welcoming, nurse aid does vitals with love,and then A Amazing Doctor she was good new right away what to do and what was wrong. I was feeling better without the script. Continued blessing to all of them doctor and her team guys awesome. Happy Blessed holidays. Continued blessing.

I needed a place to be seen because I wasn't feeling well.so I called Physicians One Urgent Care.so I called and told them I needed too be seen and I didn't want too wait in the waiting room all day. so they gave me an appointment time and I was able to go right in and be seen immediately.. They were all very friendly and wanted me too feel better as well as I did..so I would recommend them too all My family and friends.. They were great 😊,,,👍 feeling much better.

The tech who took my vitals was awesome and so was the PA who attended to me. The associate who checked me in unfortunately wasn't so great. She seemed agitated when I asked her a simple question so I decided to just let it go. The front desk is the heart of any establishment, care needs to be taken to ensure the people working there make patients or clients feel welcome.
