I’ve been training with Jessica for over 10 years. She is wonderful and very attentive to your individual needs! She rehabbed me from a neck/back injury. I am now able to do things again I couldn’t after my car accident. Her studio is in beautiful Greenville. There are options to do weights and Pilates. I love the variety available!

I have been working with Jessica for a while now and feel so lucky to have found this place!! My core is rock solid and my functional fitness has increased so much. Jessica is lovely to work with and very patient and encouraging. Highly recommend!
