Several weeks ago, someone in the County Market parking lot hit my wife's Honda CR-Z in the rear bumper causing significant damage. Of course, no note was left, so we had to pay for the repair. I previously took my automobile to Phoenix for minor issues and was pleased with the service, so I brought in the CR-Z for an estimate. I was expecting $1000-1200; the estimate to repair the bumper cover was just over $900. If a new bumper cover was needed, it would cost more, but Matthew thought it likely could be repaired. Today we picked up the car, on time and at the estimated cost. I was General Manager in the 1990s of a large Springfield auto body repair shop, so I know what good repairs are. The work by Phoenix is perfect; perhaps most impressive is the spot-on paint match of our 9-year old automobile. I recommend Phoenix without any hesitation. A+
