They insisted on taking all of our stuff, and while holding our things hostage they have dodged our contact attempts for almost a month, meanwhile our whole family has been sleeping on the floor waiting in limbo to even hear back from the person in charge. What a nightmare.Still no solution offered unless willing to pay EVEN MORE. Was given no choice in any of this from start to finish. Seems like a mob tactic.
