Horrible communication. Only one nurse, have been rescheduled twice because she has been out each day. Being the only clinic in the state, I have driven 2+ hours twice to get down here and have yet to receive my shot needed to study abroad.

Terrible!!!!! Had confirmed appointments for Japanese encephalitis boosters at 12:45 today, office closed!!!!! Drove 3 hours to get here to find doors locked!!!! You folks owe some compensation for this mistake. Just put my Mother under hospice care and also had to ensure she was watched. Terrible, just Terrible. Appointment rescheduled fo next Wednesday now. Have to do it all over again!!!! Once again TERRIBLE!!!!!
