The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs, making me feel right at home. The hair styling I received was top-notch. What a luxury experience! From the moment I walked in the door of Parlour I was treated like royalty. The blowout was amazing. Deborah and her lovely team are so warm and cater to every detail. To be able to come to one beautiful location for so many beauty services is convenient and well worth it. Will definitely recommend Parlour to everyone for hair, nails, and airbrush tans!

I have had keratin successfully every 4-6 months for the last 10+ years. My hairdresser retired abruptly so I needed to find a new hairdresser to take her place. When I went into Parlor and spoke with the owner Deborah, she said her keratin did have a little formaldehyde and should last 12 weeks but she guaranteed 6 weeks. She would retreat for free if it didn't last 6 weeks. These treatments are expensive but I trusted her at her word. At 3-4 weeks it started to curl and by 4-5 weeks I had my frizzy hair back. Even my colorist ask me if I had the keratin done as it was hard for her to blow dry my hair due to the frizz. When I went back to discuss with Deborah she refused to retreat with a strong keratin stating it was too much chemical and she wouldn't do it. Knowing that keratin is a protein that coats hair, I offered to sign a release. She insisted on only offering "Pro Addiction" which is a non-formaldehyde smoothing treatment that she said would take 4 hours to apply. She said I would once again have to not wash my hair for 72 hours. I reluctantly agreed. The only appointment she said she had was in 2 1/2 weeks at 4pm. I couldn't make that appointment and tried to text her twice. She never replied. Just ignored my texts. The 3 times I have entered the salon, it has been virtually empty. I find it strange that she couldn't accommodate an appointment or answer a text, as she has in the past. I followed all post-care instructions explicitly,.She never responded to any text! I certainly wanted a good result but without reciprocal communication I found her very difficult to deal with. Being a professional myself, I clearly understand post-care instructions. She knows how to smile and TAKE your money but does not live up to her word! Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Deborah, Parlor or HER expensive keratin treatments to anyone!!

Parlour FL is amazing! Every experience I have had there has been fantastic! I highly recommend them! Deborah the owner is so sweet and she goes above and beyond for her clients! I love her lash extension service! 10 minutes in and out, no damage to my natural lashes, and they look absolutely beautiful.
