The best place to disconect from your routine and relax. Also, if you want to do a great Pilates, it is a good way to concentrate and focus on your own body. The instructors are very professionals and prepare amazing classes each day. From my experience, having an injury on my ankle is going so much stronger every day. Love to come here. Great Pilates studio. I’ve done reformer Pilates for some time, this class introduced new types of exercises I wasn’t familiar with and effectively challenged very small muscle groups which we often fail to target. Highly recommend this studio in Barcelona.
