husband had the lasagne. He said it was good. He got the salad bar with it. All good. I got the gyro plate. It was wonderful. Have tried 3 other places in mid-Missouri and think this is the best gryo out there. Meat & sauce were well seasoned & cooked just right. good fresh pita. However was surprised it only came with 1 pita bread. Was disappointed no grape leaves appeared on the menu. I chose the Greek salad for a side. It was very good. Place really is not handicap accessible. Sign on door offers portable ramp if requested, but the bathrooms are not really accessible and do not have any grab bars.

A cozy local Greek restaurant with plenty of other choices on their menu. I had a Greek salad and their Shish-kabob- both of which were very good. My son enjoyed their whole catfish dinner and my sister liked their clam dinner. My niece had the chicken bites and we all enjoyed mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. Main Street in Boonville is very inviting. Would love to come back and stay at the Hotel Frederick.

We had the wife of the owner wait on us. She was most in friendly. Short with us, like she really didn’t want to wait on us. Salad bar was minimal selections and was soaked in water. Livers had old grease smell. The chicken wrap tasted good but the chicken was dry and old. Would not recommend the extra miles. It took to get off I 70.

Cozy diner in downtown Boonville. We stopped on the way home from Columbia, MO for dinner one night; cheerful atmosphere and a wide variety of dinner options. I ordered the French Swiss sandwich with steak fries- it was delicious! We went home with half our meal because the portions were huge! Menu complete with local Missouri wines as well.

If I could give a zero on the experience we had tonight.... I would. Didn't get our dinner. Cold appetizers. Disappointed. Trying a new place. And we most likely won't come back.
