Staying in Orlando for a business trip. The gym in my hotel wasn't great. Goggled this gym and got an AWESOME workout in at 6am. This place is very clean, staff were helpful, great variety of machines. I can tell this gym has a great community. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely visit again. I was definitely impressed. Keep up the great work!!!

I really enjoyed Power strength gym, they had a great selection of equipment and many pieces of equipment I never used before. The squat rack has several options including a safety squat bar and several different chains. My only regret is that I was not able to go more then once due to time constraints.

Heavy duty, hard core, full service gym. 🏋🏻Spacious health and fitness gym. 💪🏽. If you’re looking for a complete gym fully equipped to get in a comprehensive work-out, this is the place. 💪🏼. Bring your own water bottle. No water fountain. But full service restroom with showers. Lots of young people here who are serious about their health. 💪🏾. Lots of trophies and photos on the wall. Excellent facility.

Clean gym, and they have a ton of equipment. I didn’t find it busy at all although I went around 10 am, good for lifters looking for a better gym equipment and environment. It has more youfit vibes then LA fitness vibes if you know what I mean
