What a great place to workout. I loved the session and how informative the coaches are and they were really patient with me and made me understand all about what is green ,orange and red zone is related to my performance. I did a class with coach Rus, it was a wonderful one. Also Mo was lovely and very welcoming.

This otf location is great! The head coach Kelsey is absolutely amazing. She is fantastic on the mic and her music is so motivating! 10/10

OTF has kept me motivated to workout and stay on track. The coaches and staff are great and very supportive. The workouts are challenging and push me to keep on improving. I wish I would have joined sooner!

I love the atmosphere and the energy in the room. Love the trainers who go above and beyond to make the workouts challenging, yet fun and safe. And of course, I LOVE to see the RESULTS! I feel slimmer and stronger. Would highly recommend!

I travel a lot and saw this studio was 15 minutes from O'Hare. I was glad I came! The studio is larger and more spacious than the studios we have in the larger cities. The coach was very supportive of all the members. I appreciate the coaches who always offer modifications because I have an uncooperative knee. Regardless, the check-in staff is great. The temperature is perfect. The coach was energetic. Finally, the workout was fantastic. I highly recommend this location.
