Orangetheory fitness in Middletown has been the outlet that I need in order to improve my health, work my weight goals and give me a space where the coaches are able to assist when needed and congratulate you when you meet a new milestone. OTF is a fitness routine that I have been able to stick with and see results better then anything else I've tried. The staff and coaches are supporting and friendly. The workouts are challenging and ever changing, and they always have some activity to keep you engaged. Highly recommended!

I'm so happy I joined OTF Middletown! I have been going for 6 months now and I feel better mentally and physically. The coaches are great, staff is friendly and they all make a point to learn your name which I love. The workouts are varied and there are monthly studio challenges that help keep you motivated.
