This is the friendliest OTF in Phoenix. If you're looking for a place to go for a good workout AND feel a sense of community, this is the best one. The owner, Amy, is the most loving person in the world and makes you feel so welcomed. Every coach has their own style, all good in their own way.

Honestly I was so nervous to try a group fitness class. Manager Amy encouraged me to come try classes and now I am obsessed! All the coaches I've tried have been amazing. Great workouts. Everyone there is kind. Highly recommend

Orange Theory has been a place I have chosen to call my “gym home” for almost a year. I’m never bored, the workouts are never the same, and it’s a great workout every time! The intensity is there if I put the work in and easily modified if I need it to be! The coaches are energetic and always push everyone to work their hardest. It feels as if I have my owner personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Huge shout out to Studio Manager Amy, Coach Lori, Coach Kelsey and all of the amazing staff.

The manager Amy truly makes this studio extra special. Even though I can’t attend this studio physically as often as I would like, I have loved working with Amy. She is always so flexible and helps create a plan that fits your needs. I highly recommend this studio, Amy, and OTF as a whole to everyone!

The workouts are fun and challenging, unlike traditional gyms I don’t have to worry about coming up with a workout plan, all I need to worry about is showing up and bringing plenty of water!
