The personnel were very unwelcoming and did not provide helpful information. Very reluctant to help solve issues, only to constrain people to maintain their policies as much as possible, as expensive as possible. Out of all private health insurance companies here in Valencia, Sanitas is the most expensive and inflexible company. Also the personnel in this office could greatly benefit from a customer relationship training course. I don't recommend at all Sanitas, much less using this particular office. Very disappointing really! ☹☹☹

Every time we go there are problems, solved by phone in 10 minutes. And the worst thing is that they try to sell me insurance, when we have gone to manage some flyers for an important intervention. I don't think we'll go back.
I would like to dedicate a few words in case I can help someone not waste time and have a bad time, the manager of this office I think is called Mari Carmen, she is the most arrogant and unprofessional person I have encountered in Sanitas in 12 years that I have been in the company. Evidently I will not return and I will do my procedures in another office so as not to cross paths with her again. This office does not solve anything and is obsessed with selling remains from Santa Lucía.

I, my husband and my son have been clients of Sanitas for 4 years, I am left with the close treatment, nowadays it is very difficult to find it, I have never had to call the phone number on the website, when I have had a question or problem They have solved it for me, just like that, they have cared about my concern, that for me makes me value the insurance, it gives me a lot of confidence.
After reading some recent comments, it didn't seem fair to me not to leave my opinion, especially when I have a totally different experience.
