I requested to cancel my insurance in September 2020 due to Covid (I am not from Spain and left Spain in August 2020). Ana kept telling me no problem she would take care of it. Every time after we talked to her, we felt both assured and she was very helpful.
Unfortunately, every few weeks or months she told us we have to provide something more, I believe she has tried her best to help us however things are getting very frustrated after I received my new bill for this year - 2021......
And then she replied that she didn't cancel my dental insurance because... I am not sure why to be honest... maybe she believes I will use my dental insurance service when I am already out of the country last year.
I sincerely hoping the misunderstanding and confusion will be ended soon while we still keep ourselves believing her will solve this as she promised.
Today, just now she is asking for my utility bill from China which I don't even live there. I really wish her all the best. And hope this paper marathon can reach the end very soon.
Excellent treatment once again, since I took out my policy at this office, whenever I have needed it, they have been great to resolve any questions or incidents. Totally recommended.

I don't give them fewer stars because you can't, the employees are incredibly arrogant. They don't give solutions to absolutely anything and they simply care about selling you the policy and that's it. Hire another insurance other than this one and save yourself the headaches!
If these are the commercials that Sanitas has, a bad future awaits them. Beyond the steps you are going to take, the problem is that they treat you with despotism. People who don't like serving customers should look for another job.
