Customer service is very good, very humane treatment with the client. And they solve everything very quickly.

Customer service is deplorable. I have gone twice to request help at this office and the same lady has assisted me reluctantly and without providing any type of support. They should take a good look at who they hire since they represent the company very poorly.

I have gone to unsubscribe, they have given me a 900 number where I cannot unsubscribe because they refer me to another phone number. I have consulted the website and it says that I can unsubscribe in the office.
