To do this, they proceed to give me the authorization, indicating the numbers of both test requests as well as all the information they indicate to me, confirming at that very moment that both are authorized and that everything is correct, and I also receive a message to my email. email referring to the authorization of said tests.
When I am in the examination room lying on the table, only with a gown, the oxygen mask and with an IV taken with a drip to start the sedation, the girl at the reception shows up to tell me that one of the tests It is not authorized, and in that pathetic situation I tell this person (who appears in an unusual and humiliating way) that this cannot be since authorization was requested for both at the same moment.
The attitude of the girl at the reception when she introduced herself in that way left me perplexed, but your management is disastrous, I don't understand how you can get to this situation in something as important as health and make me go through this ordeal in this situation. so delicate and worrying for me.
The personal attention at the Sanitas office in Cádiz has not given me any explanation or response regarding what was stated.
This review is from 2021 when the incidence of COVID 19 was still quite high.
I went to a clinic to take an antigen test, since I had clear symptoms compatible with COVID 19, and the Echevarne laboratory told me that Sanitas has no longer covered this service since this summer.
Because this information does NOT appear clearly and visibly on the website when I consult to go to this center, I went there, finding myself already sick and needing rest, for nothing.
After this event, I call Sanitas and they corroborate the lack of information on the website (they explain to me that it previously showed a notice indicating the cessation of the service that no longer appears), and they transfer me to the 24-hour emergency service. To my surprise, after 17 MINUTES of waiting on the phone in the middle of the street, they hung up on me and didn't answer me.
I call SANITAS again and this time they give me an appointment for the doctor to make a video call at 12 in the morning but, to make matters worse, a long time later, they call me again to cancel this appointment, and they tell me to come in person to a medical service. Which seems like bullshit to me.
I don't think anyone deserves this treatment, and I am frankly disgusted with the lack of attention and poor service received.
