Not the office but the company itself. I was customer of this company in 2021, and in february 2022 I tried to cancel my policy as I already had a job for 6 months in which I have my medical insurance covered. However, during the call I already informed the agent that I want them to cancel ahead of time for february 2023, as I could not cancel for the year of 2022 anymore. Now, after months of paying in 2023 on an account I don't use anymore, the company has been taking my money every month without my consent, as I had already requested to cancel the policy in february 2022. My advice, if you do have to get a private insurance as a foreigner moving to Spain, do NOT go with Sanitas.

Not specifically to this office but to the company in general: it's horrible. I am aiming to get my insurance for the residence permit as a student in Spain. I'm talking on the phone and exchanging emails with staff to get the insurance. They keep telling me "in one hour," "tomorrow," etc. moving the deadlines. That's not ok, especially for people that urgently need insurance. If it can't be done, no problem, but you're not helping people by giving them false deadlines just to keep customers. You're being douchebags and creating problems for people instead.

A very friendly office. Ms. Isabel Miranda Alvarez is very efficient, experienced and helpful. We choose Sanitas because of her.

I went for the first time about 1 or 2 months ago. And they did my dental hygiene, honestly great, I really liked the care and my teeth felt super clean, something I know because I am a dentist, and it is not common to find a good dental hygienist. Thank you very much Isaac☆☆☆☆☆ for the dedication you put into my treatment. I'll definitely be back! Thank you so much...
