I'm very unhappy with Sanitas as an insurance company. I've purchased an insurance policy for my wife and myself with overall cost of 1300 Euro and what do we get for that price? NOTHING! It is impossible to get a treatment, very slow, hard to communicate without Spanish, moreofthat for some reason I can't register neither in the website nor in the app and they can't help me. The only real value of this Sanitas insurance is a possibility to visit Urgencia. I will definitely try another one for the next year When I had a toothache, because of the wisdom tooth, they refused to pull it out because a doctor was concerned it might be hard to do and prescribed antibioticos pain relievers instead. When my wife had a stomachache, she had to wait for 2 weeks just for doctor seeing her, than another week to complete simple blood tests and another 2 weeks to see the doctor again. When I had a knee pain and doctor prescribed to do an MRI test they didn't approve it. The free teeth cleaning service was done for 15 minutes and was only half of the normal procedure I used to in my country.

This pharmacy is run by excellent ladies who take care of all grievances and I am always well received and I very often leave satisfied I thank them very much for the welcome and resolution of the problems encountered bravo and thank you and good luck

I don't give zero stars because I can't, the worst insurance company there is, don't hire this service, they charge you more, they are not decisive in anything, and they say they cover things that they then charge you directly from the card, I want to unsubscribe 2 months ago and they ask me for personal information to unsubscribe, they play with your money and your personal information. I don't recommend it at all, I hope no one else hires this insurance company.

In these months that have passed, I am going through a moment of anxiety depression where I feel a void that cannot be explained and with the latest strength that I have, I wanted to request help through the medical center in psychology and when I request an appointment they inform me that for psychology they will only be able to enable coverage for me in September... Meanwhile they have not given me a solution due to their policy policy... .another company that goes after money, I have already discounted €340 but money doesn't matter anymore, I just want to be well... I have had a jaw fracture and they have not given me coverage, they made me call 5 different clinics telling me that they would give me coverage for the operation and all of them referred me to the public hospital where I had the operation. Now I'm looking for a place to do physical therapy and all the options they give me are not covered by sanitas (when they DO appear in the app).
