The attention and assistance of SegurCaixa is embarrassing. In three years I have reported two emergencies and in both cases they have left me "stranded", in the second case they made a mistake in the assistance, recognized by their own workers and yet they have defended each other leaving the client without any type of help and calling us liars, even creating very unpleasant situations and forcing us to confront the workers who provided the assistance on the phone. I do not recommend this insurance, they will do what is necessary to cover absolutely nothing or give you the necessary assistance. As soon as I can, I will unsubscribe.
