Oasis Yoga Studio

I love hot yoga! The floors are wonderful and the students are so supportive. I teach and also practice here and am so grateful to have it in our town! The community is very welcoming and the other teachers bring a variety of skills and experiences that make each class an adventure.!

I dropped in at Oasis Yoga Studio during a year long road trip across the country, and was extremely happy to come across this gem. It truly earned it's name as an Oasis, as I had been hard pressed to find many reputable studios during my travels. Had such a great time at this place that I ended up extending my stay in Boise to come back for a few more flows and a sound bath that they had scheduled for later in the week (highly recommend if you have the opportunity). The community and instructors were all super welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Will definitely be making a trip back to Idaho to visit the friends that I made here!

Oasis is exactly what Kuna has needed & I’m so grateful to finally have an amazing yoga studio in town. They have an awesome range of classes that are suited for all levels and the instructors are incredibly friendly and supportive in deepening my yoga practice. The owner Rebecca has such a profound passion for yoga and it really shows through out each small detail & structure of the space. I will definitely be returning regularly & highly recommend to anyone who’s been curious about beginning or continuing their yoga journey :)

You will be hard pressed to find a studio that offers as many daily classes at the price Oasis Yoga does in the valley. Not only are their memberships priced very reasonably, you get the benefit of having access to many different instructors. Everyday there are classes for multiple yoga styles taught by different instructors which keeps it all fun, interesting, and challenging. The instructors all do a great job at mixing it up so it never feels routine or mundane. I had been doing yoga at home to help my lower back before I found Oasis and I was struggling to stay motivated to do it on my own on a regular basis, plus the distractions of trying to practice at home. My lower back is doing so much better now that I have a place to go and practice on a regular basis. Thank you for bringing this gem to Kuna and making it affordable.

To say that this studio is a blessing for Kuna would be an understatement. The classes and instructors are amazing and very beginner friendly. The staff is professional, and the studio is clean. The owner goes above and beyond to answer questions from members and really listens to members, and takes their opinions into account when creating class offerings, workshops, etc. Couldn't be more pleased with Oasis!
