Northern Hills Door

Terrible customer service and communication. I had an appointment after finally getting a call back from Cory. No one ever showed up or called me. After a couple weeks, I called and left another message and still have never heard back. If you don’t actually need any work done or just want to waste your time and energy, then this is the place for you.

After discussing our needs several times and arranging to hire these folks we have been blown off completely no response to calls no response at all to our inquiries as to getting further assistance so I would not recommend these people at all and have chosen to look elsewhere

Cory from Northern Hills door is a professional person that you can rely on. His attention to detail was more like a craftsman than a big-city door salesman . I had a less than favorable experience with the last person I bought garage doors from but it was a great pleasure to work with Cory. Garage doors can be beautiful but also expensive so you want to be confident the door will be what you expected on arrival when ordering it. I would recommend Northern Hills door to any of my friends and family .

Corey did an excellent job installing my door. He made a special trip to help me program my key pad. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
