Nebraska Vending

This company is impossible to get in touch with. We have been completely ignored for months. We had a machine put into our business on July 1st and we were told, after the fact, that a part would need to be ordered for it. After that we have had little to no communication from them, at all. It is now September 16th and we have not heard anything from them (after multiple attempts to call, text and email) since August 16th. I have called the company’s number listed on google multiple times and they have never answered it, ever. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have made it very clear we want this machine gone, and no reply. I can understand staffing shortages and parts taking time to get in. But I cannot understand the complete lack of help or response in any way. Highly recommend taking business elsewhere.
