Muscle Factory Gym

I've been working out here for three months, and I must say, this gym is excellent. The equipment is top-notch, offering plenty of options. The staff is incredibly friendly, so I'd rate it 10/10. The only slightly intimidating aspect is that many skilled individuals train here, which can make you feel a bit self-conscious at times 😅. Aside from that, it's perfect.

It is definitely the best gym that I have ever been to. They have a variety of quality equipment compared to other gyms that I know of. The restrooms and lockers were spacious. The whole vibe and atmosphere in the gym were something I personally liked. I also liked the whole orange and white theme! Lance and his staff were amazing at maintaining the facility. If you are in Tempe, especially if you are at ASU, and looking to train nearby individually or looking for any coaches in a good facility, then you should definitely check out this gym.

This gym is AMAZING. I started my fitness journey here for the last year I was finishing my degree at ASU. As long as you stray away from the normal 4-8pm busy hours this place is the BEST. You’re surrounded by the best and can always ask anyone for a spot. Everyone is super chill. This place has really set a standard for every other gym as I have moved after graduation and have had to find another gym. HIGHLY recommend for anyone in the area, and especially Tempe as you can probably walk, it’s that close 🔥

I am a college strength and conditioning coach. In August of 2023, my team was on a 5-day road trip in Tempe. The staff here was very welcoming and let our players train at a reduced rate. I recommend anyone in the Tempe area check them out!

#1 gym I have ever been to! They have a variety of general and specialized equipment that sets them apart from a standard gym. 24/7 access with a phone app to scan in. Atmosphere is special, has a bodybuilding gym look but with workers and members that are inclusive to anyone who comes in. No contracts or cancellation fees either. I had to cancel my membership earlier this year due to an injury and when I signed back up they waived my startup fee and welcomed me back in. Only con is that they have limited cardio equipment but even then for the space they are working with it is utilized well.
