The Movistar company made its attention and services much worse. They don't care about the needs of their clients, they care about charging you, nothing more. I requested attention on several occasions and they left me on hold with the story of "there are too many unanswered queries at the moment", but to collect they called you 273616372 times, and they didn't even respect the amounts, they charged you whatever they wanted. Really bad.
