I made a team change. They offered me insurance, I rejected it and they discharged me anyway. I had to send 2 emails and several phone calls to the insurance company to request the cancellation. I am still demanding the return of the 3 fees collected, which according to them Movistar should do. A real scam
We went to buy a cell phone and when we saw that there was an "exchange plan" we offered to exchange a Moto G3 in perfect condition. The girl tries it, restarts it and everything is fine. A skinny guy comes along who I assume was someone "in charge" of the place and when he takes out the chip it gets stuck, he shoots and tore off 2 pins from the team. Immediately afterward he doesn't want to recognize him because he doesn't have the pins, he broke them himself in front of us and acted distracted. Finally he recognized it and the operation was carried out, even though he was nervous. If you can't even get a sim, get another job. Well, the poor skinny girl who served us did everything right and on top of that she has to smoke it every day. Not recommended place to buy.
Hello, on Friday, May 5, 2017, my wife bought 2 (two) Alcatel One touch Idol 3 devices at this branch, she paid part of it in cash and the rest financed with a card. The employee's attention was good even though the procedure was a bit cumbersome. Almost at the end of the purchase, my wife asked for the credit card payment receipts plus the corresponding tax receipts for what we paid in cash and they were denied, they delayed the response claiming that they did not have paper. It is a shame that a company of the magnitude of Movistar does not comply with the law by granting the corresponding tax receipt when a client purchases a cell phone from that company (in this case two devices). I ask you to please contact that branch and inform them. the saleswomen to grant the corresponding tickets without one having to beg on their knees for them to give it to them. Otherwise I will initiate legal action. I reserve rights. Thank you so much
They charged me for roaming data without warning when and how much, a scam, I am going to file a lawsuit against the company, don't be fooled, change companies!!

It seems a public office does not have equipment to sell in the middle of San Isidro.....that remains for more humble cities. Incredible !!
