Movistar

Not the possibility to get a SIM card for foreigners. You need to look for a guy in the street.. not again

Long lines, dismal service, impossible to contact on line, expensive and full of dishonest marketing ploys. I will never go back!

Realy bad. Im looking for a SIM Card with Internet. The woman at the entry say me only "no" on my question. No explain what i have to do. After i was in the @cellular Shop next to the Movistar store. The woman in the @cellular Shop was very kind and helpfull. But Movistar was realy bad!

I bought a chip, pay by credit. It didn't work. I went to the office, they treated me well. They told me that the money was lost, they told me that they already fixed the service. I leave the shop. It does not work any more. I was never able to use Movistar. The chip in the trash, the money lost.

Very friendly in providing personalized attention, but a lot of people gather in the waiting room, which causes delays for the public.
