Terrible service both online and in store. They have the payment number and it is only to verify if it was or not. But that we have to scale with mail and everything. They do not restore service. They don't even answer calls now.

This site is very convenient to do all the procedures related to Movistar, they are very agile in the office to assist you, you can count equipment, acquire postpaid plans, buy simcard and everything related. As for the hours, it is the same as the shopping center and that is very good, compared to the hours of other locations in the same city.
