Brittany: Brittany is a very friendly, positive and upbeat person. She always makes coming to the gym very pleasant. She does an outstanding job with training her clients while having them maintaining a positive attitude throughout thier workouts.

Really getting Value out of my training sessions with Brittany Avent. She is detail oriented, keeps me focused and always courteous. She is also very observant of any limitations I have and does a great job working around those limitations so I get the most bang for my buck in my training session workouts. THANK YOU BRITTANY !!!

I work out here regularly and love all of the staff and classes here. Aylin is an amazing dance teacher, Patty is great at Pilates, Babs gives a killer barre workout, and Brittany is such a fun and encouraging personal trainer. Having the shower, towels, and smoothie access is key to keeping me coming back.

I just really enjoy coming into this gym after being a member for 11 years. The front desk staff Brittany and Bryant really elevate the gym membership experience. They know my name and my husbands, they are always smiling and welcoming, they have the most professional customer service experience, and really make this gym stand out among the other competition out there. It's a really clean facility too and they have excellent trainers. The gym has been great but with the front desk staff Brittany and Bryant, I feel like they finally hit the mark with hiring the best!!!!!
