Moose Viewing Trailhead

A pretty easy hike to the observation deck! No moose when I got there, but you have to be there at the right time! There was this abandoned car also in the middle of the woods super interesting!

Last year, heading home past this site and two men were in the process of loading a dead moose into a pickup truck using a winch setup. It had been struck by a car about at sunrise from the posts on line.

Didn’t see a moose. But the hike was pleasant and it sure seems like a likely place.

No Moose today but did see a old car that has been along side the trail for a very long time.
