Mobility Plus Lafayette

This was one of the most friendliest and nicest group of people I have ever met in my life! They were closing early for veterans holiday but we were not making it to their store until after closing time and he stayed and waited on us to arrive! Not only did he do that, on Sundays they don’t open at all, but since we were heading from LSU game back home, he told me to give him a call and he would meet us so we could return scooter! They went above and beyond the call of duty and because of that, they have a life time customer and I will definitely be sending business their way as well! If I could rate 10 stars, they would have 20 💜💛

Excellent service, policies to accommodate a variety of budgets, and very friendly owner who genuinely wants to do the best by his patrons. He helped a family member find the right motorized wheelchair for his needs and a lift to go on the back of his vehicle. Had a very good experience going to Mobility Plus of Lafayette to get said lift installed.

Dustin was so super sweet and accommodating. I rented a mobility scooter for a few hours. I will most definitely be back to buy me a mobility scooter from Dustin. He makes you feel like family.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Delivery to me was a breeze, my scooter was less expensive here than thru my surgeons office . Happy to have found Mobility Plus near Broussard . I live in Jennings . They made everything simple and easy . Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need !
