Could not be happier with the service Alex provided us! He was super honest and transparent about the services we did/didn't need and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing to ensure we were comfortable. Someone had cut the copper ground wire to our panel, so he replaced that and properly installed a new one. He also set us up with a surge protection device and helped us install 2 complicated light fixtures we had been having issues with due to improper wiring. We were uneasy about getting electrical work done at first, but our experience with him was super positive and we're really happy to have someone reliable that we can trust for any future work. 10/10 recommend!

I will be using them in the future. It was less than 24 hours before they had someone at my house to help with a strange electrical issue in my newly purchased home. Their dispatch department was terrific and was very communicative over email and text for scheduling. Jerry showed up on time and was a terrific help in diagnosing and quoting out the job. He was accommodating and was very genuine. My experience with him solidified this was a company I wanted to do business with. After agreeing to the initial cost, within 40 minutes, Jordan showed up and did terrific work. He was very professional and considerate and was out of there in a few hours. The only caveat was that their pricing was not cheap, but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. These guys were total pros and performed high-quality work.

Logan came out promptly. He was very thorough in his inspection, very informative in his delivery of findings and provided multiple solutions with pros and cons. Then, came out very early the next day to completely replace my electrical panel. The work was thorough, effective, and timely. Great job Mister Sparky, I will only be using you for my electrical needs going forward.

Daniel was absolutely wonderful! He installed additional ceiling lighting and fixtures for my Mom in her new home and did an amazing job! We would definitely call again for services, if needed and refer to family and friends! 🤗

We had Mr. Sparky come to our house to fix a loss of power in our kitchen on October 17th (131614539). Alex arrived and fixed our loss of power, and he also said he would map out our breaker boxes. The photos show how he labeled our breaker panels. Numbers do not tell us anything about what is what. In the meantime, we had a water heater failure, and we had no idea which breaker shut off the water heater, so we had to turn off the water to our house. We called Mr. Sparky on December 1st and left a messages for Alex to contact us to provide a legend for the numbers. Alex did call us back on Friday, and said he would contact us on Monday, December 4th, to schedule a time to come out and work on the labels. Alex did not call us back, and since then we have called Mr. Sparky 3 more times, but still nobody will return our calls. Poor follow-up customer service!! We would like to hear from this company so that we can get a legend for the numbers assigned to our breaker panels. This company can email them to me and I can modify the labels to reflect something we can use.
