Kevin was so helpful this morning! I am considering getting vending machines and Kevin was a wealth of knowledge and seemed genuinely happy to share information with me that was so valuable. If we purchase these vending machines, Kevin will be the one I will call to help service them and help keep them in great shape. How refreshing to have a company that is so willing to help people.

Spoke to Jim to schedule a repair, he was honest and told me he was scheduled out for a few weeks. However after checking the model of my unit, he was able to provide me with an alternative and a phone number and contact information for an alternative. Excellent customer service and doing what is in the best interest of the customer!

The pop machine we have is old and I am having a problem with the coins falling through. Jim told me over the phone what the problem was and it is something that I can fix myself or he gave me the option of having someone to come out if needed. I really appreciate honest people that aren't out to make a service call.

Jim was awesome to work with. He helped bail me out of an issue. He was up front with everything and really did an AWESOME job for me. Highly reccomend MidWest Vending & Rapair!!!!!!

Their vending machines at the Buell Theater, Denver Arts Complex is constantly ripping people, including myself off. Half the time it doesn't dispense or doesn't give your entire change back. Last time I attempt to use it. Put in a 5 dollar bill for a 1.50 package of M&M's and got 50 cents back. The machine next to it is filled with drinks that fell through. Security next to the machine says they refuse to fulfill complaints given to them and never provide a refund for unpaid services..
