MedExpress Urgent Care

If there was a way to rate the care I personally experienced at MedExpress other than the 5 stars, I'd be giving them, All at the very least 3 times that amount. I had waited Much to long to seek medical assistance with my issue, Simply because I'm from a farming and ranching background and we Usually self medicate or operate on ourselves, Long before seeking medical attention and before I was driven there simply out of raw fear for my health and well being. I Had been there done all of That. I can't Thank them enough for their kindness and immediate attention to my issue's and would Recommend them to any person who is much like myself !

I have had some rough days with a sinus infection that had spread to an ear infection as well. Ear didn't start hurting until 2 or 3pm and thought I could make it until the next day to see pcp. Apparently I was completely wrong as the pain was very intense by 7pm to the point of it being not tolerable. I called and they said they could see me even though it was close to them closing. I arrived at 735 and they sped me through the process without me feeling like a jerk since I arrived so late (I'm so sorry!). Everyone listened to my issues and then were able to help ease the pain and get a script wrote for some medicine for tomorrow when pharmacies are back open. Anywhere else I would of been turned away due to timing. PLEASE let the team know I'm thankful for them. I did in person, but they should be recognized for what they did for me and I'm sure plenty others!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I spent a total of 17 mins in there. Sep 21,2023 was the day I visited and your staff was truly the best!!! The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The NP was so extremely polite and helpful. I could not have asked for a better visit!! This is now my new urgent care!!! Highly recommend.

My visit to MedExpress was a good experience. Office staff and tech were very efficient and friendly. Amy DeClerk, APRN, who I saw regarding my pain, was GREAT! She was very professional and helpful. She listened and asked intelligent questions. I highly recommend Amy.

I needed sutures removed. I walked in and was promptly screened and Dr Shah removed the sutures. He was very professional and competent. He reassured me the wound looked healthy and gave me post suture removal information.
