We came on a Sunday around 1pm, self-service was down, the stress started there, it took more than half an hour to be able to order. We waited 40 minutes to receive our snack, and the orders still came wrong. It was crowded, and the employees were desperate, not knowing what to do, no one could handle it or even know what they were doing. All customers complaining that their orders were all arriving wrong.

Worst Mc I've ever been to, always running out of snack options, ketchup, needs to train the cashier better (blonde) potatoes with cheddar and bacon that only came with the smell of cheddar.

There are no sauces. 40 reais for lunch and you ask for the sauce, the manager responds bluntly that the sauce is just a courtesy, that customers don't ask for sauce and that's why she doesn't think it's important to have it.

The location of this branch is great for those who are passing through Brazil and just want a quick snack to continue their journey. The drive thru attendant is very friendly, but he needs to pay more attention to the orders, mine came wrong and on the road there is no way to go back and complain.

Worst McDonalds there is, every time I pass by some product is not available, there is no ice cream, there is no potato with cheddar. Slow service. Need an efficient manager. Get better!
