Preparing the food without any gloves on aren’t the the proper way especially when it comes to foods. Also the way they packed the burger it seems like they’re just scrambling the cover of the burger. Not preparing the food in order
Potato and burger from happymeal were absolutely not good, but melon and toy are nice. Also zero cola not good, need to pay extra 0,2 euro for standard cola, I didn't pay but if new how zero cola tastes like I better pay more.
The space in front of the counter is small to wait for the food. There are only 2 self-ordering machines which at times are pretty busy so might need to wait a while to order.
The space in the upper floor is big with lots of seating arrangements. But not always clean and the waste bins are almost always full and the changing of the bins are not frequent as well.

Awfull. As a former mcdonalds employee. This was the worst i had. I had 2 chicken burgers, they forgot the bacon the sauce and on 1 they put the wrong patty. I had ketchup with it. Didnt get ketchup also didnt get a straw with my drink. "To go". Just awfull. I threw the burgers out. Fries where ok.
I have eaten at MacDonald's all across the EEUU; all throughout Spain, France, the UK and Ireland. At airports all around the world. This (order 378, 30/10/22) was by far the absolute worst, most disappointing meal I have ever received. They will probably blame the Glovo delivery person, but the fact is you can watch the progress of your meal and delivery on the app: rather than making the meal when they had a delivery person available, the meal was prepared... and then sat there. For almost an hour. When Glovo picked it up, it was less than five minutes until it was in our hands. However, the fries were cold, wet and soggy; the ice in the drinks was melted and the drinks were warm; the ice cream was melted; the burgers were dry and cold. No straws, no ketchup. Clearly, the order had been sitting since we placed it.
Hugely disappointing when a meal for two costs just as much as going out for sushi. If you can't organise effectively with your Glovo agents, you shouldn't be using their service.
