M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates - Athens

Truly, I cannot say enough kind things about this studio. Moving to Athens to graduate school in 2020, in the height of a global pandemic, I was very nervous I would never truly feel a part of a community in Athens, especially as someone who is more introverted/shy. Starting my journey with M3 is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health, both mentally and physically! All of the instructors are your biggest supporters, the front desk staff always welcome you in and give you a sense of safety and belonging as if you’ve been there for years, and your classmates are always there to give you an extra boost or encouragement when you need it. I’m incredibly grateful for everything this studio has given me in such a short time, and urge anyone wanting to start an inclusive health journey to start here.

I absolutely love M3 and can not say enough great things about it! All the instructors are amazing and so friendly. I feel welcomed every time I walk into the studio and the community is also so supportive. I have already noticed improvements in my physical and emotional health, especially with flexibility and anxiety. I am so glad I decided to join the studio and would recommend M3 to everyone!

I started going to M3 a few months ago, and it has been life-changing to say the least... it's been amazing for my mental and physical health, and I never want to go back to my life without yoga (especially M3). The staff all welcome me by name, and I always feel safe and seen when I am there. I love the different varieties of classes! My favorite being super stretch and slow flow! Thanks M3! 😊

I LOVE M3 Yoga & Pilates! I started going towards the beginning of the semester after purchasing the Student Semester Pass and it has been truly life changing for me! It helps my mental and physical health so much. Due to an autoimmune disease I struggle with chronic pain and can't push myself too hard so the low impact aspect of M3 Pilates is PERFECT!! Don't let that fool you though, you're still getting an amazing and hard workout in! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is warm (literally lol) and welcoming and I just really enjoy being in the space! I haven't taken a bad class yet!

I've been attending M3 for about a year now and love all the classes and instructors! The new studio has been great and the staff made the transition easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home studio in Athens:-)
