After having gone through reception and being in the waiting room for half an hour waiting for ophthalmology and for another patient to come in despite the fact that I reported that he had been waiting for a while, I left because apparently they had not confirmed the appointment at reception. To visit me, I had to watch another patient come in, wait for the nurse to confirm if they had passed through reception. So I have left without visiting. Summary: the incompetent receptionist and the unresponsive nurse. 25 kilometer journey and half an hour of parking for nothing.

What the service is without further ado, they had to do an ultrasound on me and that's it. The customer service is rubbish, rude and rude (radiology area). I don't expect to be greeted with songs and flowers, but I also don't expect to be talked down to and treated like a fool.

I have been visiting my dietician Aurea Peña for years, she is an excellent professional and I have never had more than two or three visits with dietitians in my life. I am delighted with it, it is not only dietary, it is a comprehensive way of how I feel, always agreeing and explaining very well how the body and food work. The reception staff have nothing to say, I find it correct.

I have been visiting this center for several years, general medicine, gynecology, mammograms, analysis, traumatologist. Personally, the attention is good, both in person and by telephone.

I recommend this clinic, they are the best in acupuncture, especially Doctor Daud Dumenek, they solved the pain I had 👌
