I had a GREAT experience with Lucky Cat Yoga Studio! My friend recommended I attend a Dark Wave Yoga class featuring Foo Fighters music. I texted with Aaron before registering for the class (which was super easy). He was very helpful in providing information related to the class, parking, and related items available for purchase/rental. I was greeted by Erin who was super nice, energetic, and supportive (given it was my first time ever doing yoga). If you’re a newbie and considering attending, DO IT! You won’t regret it. If there are some poses that you are unsure of, the instructors will guide you or support you if you want to take a break or take the pose from a different angle. I will definitely come back in the future.
I feel like I'M the Lucky Cat to have found this studio. Eric and Erin have created a beautiful practice, full of encouragement and acceptance. Everyone's body is different, and they respect that. I love having a virtual option for days when I can't quite leave the house, too.
It's so easy to look forward to class! I get an amazing workout in Root to Rise, but still leave feeling relaxed and ready for the day. If you're on the fence, give it a go. There's a class for everyone.
This is the best yoga studio in Tampa. It’s centrally located with fair prices, amazing music and studio, and the best owners and teaching staff. If you’re looking for a new yoga home consider Lucky Cat. It never feels pretentious or stuffy, even the fellow yogis are welcoming and kind.
I am so happy this was the studio I chose to begin my yoga journey. I love every teacher I've practiced with. There is no judgement here, from teachers or peers. There is no clique culture, no looking down on new people, and no expectations. The teachers emphasize that it is YOUR practice, so you only do what you can do or even just what you want to do.
I went from being unable to touch my toes to being able to fold right in half in just a couple months. I had crushing anxiety all day every day, but it has become manageable through yoga. I am finally reconnecting with my body instead of being a prisoner in my own head. I recommend this studio to everyone, and even got my mom to start going with me. I can honestly say that coming here to practice has improved my quality of life immensely.

Amazing candlelit yin class! Visited while on vacation and the staff was amazing, the class was great and a different challenge for me. Loved it!
