Lower Reid Falls

Relatively short hike to the falls from the gold rush cemetery. Pretty easy overall but you get a pretty and up close view of the waterfall and a nice walk through the forest. I walked all the way from town and that took a while but if you catch a shuttle over it's quite reasonable to do.

Nice easy trail that takes you through a historic Cemetery and rail road. We were on a cruise ship and easily walked from the port to the falls. I recommend bug spray as we were there early in the season (end of April) and the mosquitoes were already buzzing around us.

These falls were gorgeous. It’s a quick walk through the cemetery that’s right behind the rail yard. Tour companies bring people here, but you can easily check it out yourself. It’s a short, easy walk. I carried a toddler in my arms the whole way. Check it out.

The falls is beautiful. Do spray Off before going if you don't want to become mosquitoes' lunch.

Very pleasant walk a short distance from Downtown ending in a beautiful waterfall experience.
