Lively Balance

Such a fun experience from start to finish! First of all, the property is amazing. The host/ yoga instructor was excellent. And the goats…the goats were hilarious!! To top off the evening, we did watercolor pictures and that was a blast too! Can’t say enough about how great this place is…and did I mention the goats? Love them! 😜

Loved it!!! First time doing yoga and having the goats made it even more memorable. The host was very welcoming with good spirits and the whole experience was carefully thought out and easy to navigate. Highly recommend checking it out with a group of friends or family.

Boise goat yoga hosted a Baaas and Bubbles event (goat yoga and mimosas). It was wonderful! It is such a positive, relaxing atmosphere. The goats are so sweet. Myself and my group were all smiles throughout the entire event. Everyone should experience goat yoga at least once.

We had the absolute best experience and yoga class! The staff is amazing + incredibly knowledgeable about their animals. The environment was surreal and very relaxing. Our group had the best time and was the highlight of our year. Absolutely loved it here and can't wait to go back!
