Honestly changed my life! When I started with Olena almost 3 years ago I had not been an active person for a while. But Pilates doesn’t ask you to have a lot of endurance or flexibility or strength right off the bat. it meets you where you are coming from and pushes you to improve a little bit each time you exercise. watching my body change and accomplish more advanced moves improved my confidence and inspired me to challenge myself in other aspects of my life. I cannot thank LifeBody Pilates and Olena enough for that! Don’t be afraid to try it out at any level! You will be amazed at what you are capable of!
