Lice Clinics of America - Lexington

Never have I been more disrespected at a place of business. I have naturally curly hair and she said that it had to be completely brushed out before she would even begin. The last time I went here, this was not the case. Previously, I had an active case and she was so helpful. Having naturally curly hair, my hair will not “brush”. She handed me a basic brush and told me that she refused to start until every strand brushed. I worked as hard as i could to do the impossible. She was rude and hateful. Thankfully I did not have lice. I will shave my head before ever stepping foot into this establishment again.

So professional! Very discrete. Extremely thorough! Even to do a check for lice, they look at every single section of the scalp. We have tried products in the past that do not work, or that we have to keep combing every single night and torturing our children to do so. I will not be doing that anymore! From now on, we will immediately head to the lice clinic!

I had Ty and it was an amazing experience 10/10 recommend if you need this treatment. She was very sweet and gentle.

After dealing with lice on our own in the past, we decided to spend the money to go to the Lice Clinic. Within a couple days of finding out one of our children had lice, we called the Lice Clinic, and they got us in quickly. We all got checked and discovered another one of our children had it as well. They both were treated within that session. When they came back for their follow up session, they were both cleared, so the treatment worked for them the first try. They also quickly got in a family member who got it from our child. They were friendly and knowledgeable and helped entertain our children while they got checked and treated. They also had some toys and stuff in the waiting area. They also have a teacher discount, and a significant amount was deducted for one of our daughter’s who had a medical card. Overall great experience! Hopefully we won’t have to, but we’ll return again if we need to.

We have gone here everytime someone in our family needs treated or checked. Everyone that works here is amazing and so friendly. One treatment and your clear when you walk out of there doors!!!! I highly recommend coming to Lice Clinics of America
