The trainers were amazing and a perfect way for me to jumpstart my ongoing fitness journey. However the legion class environment was less than satisfactory. A Lot of the members are extremely rude, and it just makes you not even want to spend your money there. While there I dealt with a few racist club members, who expected you to be friendly with them after continuously being rude to you. Even though the trainers were amazing, the environment itself wasn't worth the money. It was for sure a great few months until It wasn't worth the stress. The gym should be peaceful. Not a warzone full of tension. Lol Update: tried to cancel my membership,and the owner said I will need to make 8 payments to do so. I never signed any contracts nor did I agree to something like that. Saying it needs to be a 60 day notice. Never in my life have I ever heard of something like that. This was confirmation that I should have never Joined and extremely happy to be departing.

Your Company is a fraud. HERE IS A OPEN POST TO THE OWNERS OF LEGION TRANSFORMATION CENTER IN NEWARK. They had a 30 days for 30 dollars promotion. I validated at the beginning that there was no active action required on my part, i.e. I would not be required to do anything at the end of the 30 days. At the end of the 30 days they made an unauthorized charge on my card for $125.00. They acknowledge it was an error on their part. (I have an email to that effect)I spoke with owner (Mitch) who claims he is not sure they could cut a refund check. He indicated he would have to speak to the accountants and get back to me. After numerous emails and a conversation with staff member Frank they have chosen to go dark. What course of action do I have to take next?I can only draw the conclusion 🤬🤬This is a poorly run business in the guise of a scam. I want my money. What are you going to do about improving your brand image??????? Makes you wonder how much of the Gala funds they will line their pockets with?

Awesome final workout for 2018. Join and you won’t regret it. Come join our 8 am group. February 11, 2021 Okay that was my review 3 years ago. I am still a member. The Coaches, the Staff, the Members and Oh yes the new Owner Of the Newark, Wilmington and Middletown gyms, Mitch Vannoy are all awesome. Highly recommend this gym for men and women of all ages and activity levels. You work the exercises to your ability and then grow. This is more than a gym it is a family that loves fun and getting healthy. My sister even joined.

How do you run a business without picking up a phone or getting back to people. I have reached out to this location several times which is crazy because the location. I’m coming from is awesome looks like I’ll be joining another gym.

This is the location that I started at 3 years ago! Great team and family atmosphere. If you’re looking for motivation, accountability, and different workouts every single day, THIS is your new gym! The coaches will help you with any modifications and all fitness levels are welcome! When I started 3 years ago I barely could do a pull-up and was just getting serious about obstacle course racing. Now I can tackle just about any obstacle because of the way Legion prepares you.
