Larsen Vending

Dave Larsen informed me that he was removing the machine from my property last October because of low sales. Fine with me. The service is terrible. I had a new machine installed from another company in October. Dave still has not removed his broken machine from the property and will not respond to calls or emails. I’ve had to contact our attorney to see about getting rid of it myself.

They only service their machines when they want to. Our coke machine won't be working for days at a time. If you lose money they never return it. I've lost over $10 in this one machine and thet never return my money. If they can't service the machines every other day the should sell and retire cause they don't know how to run a business.

Good product, clean machines! I lost a few dollars here and there but they always gave me a refund. Our machines have been vandalized on several occasions but they get them fixed or replaced quickly.

Well time to add my complaint to this pile. The Cascada Del Sol machine will steal your money and provide nothing in return. 24/7 customer service? HA! Yeah right. Leave a message?! I don't think so. Why would I need to if your service is '24/7' as you claim in your advertisement sticker which is included below in case you forgot your supposed to be '24/7'. Absolutely ridiculous !

The Coke Machine at the property Ava South Apartments owned by Chamberin & Assoc. Took my Dollar, everything in the machine is sold out and the machine didn’t return my dollar. I called them and left a message. Thing is I dislike a company that doesn’t fix its machines but yet it takes your money and doesn’t give you the product, and even when you hit the change return button it just gets stuck. I doubt I’ll get my money back.
