Very bad SERVICE when it comes to delivering results, they cannot give me a quick response by phone although my receipt has the time and date on which they were supposed to arrive, they want me to go to the branch to clarify why they have not been sent to me. They do not have a direct telephone number for the branch so it is impossible to contact them only through the switchboard which gives you a response that will send an email to the branch where the study was carried out and that within 24 hours they will give me a response but they do not guarantee that They will give me the results. :(.

They said they would send me the result of my study by mail in an hour and they did not send it, I went to the laboratory and it was already closed, I called by phone and they said they treated me poorly and did not give me the result, terrible service

The treatment of the staff is inefficient, they keep you waiting for hours, despite having an appointment and they excuse themselves by saying that everyone waits the same, even though it is necessary to keep a full bladder for this study.

Excellent care, very friendly and the Dr who does the ultrasound is super professional.

The worst thing, I'm going to go and wherever they treat me badly again I'm going to hit them, that's what my studies are paid for, assholes!!😡
