The unfriendly lady at the reception is supposed to be the first impression of the place, they should hire people with a better attitude.

It is my favorite branch, usually if you go as soon as they open there are no people and from the attention at reception and taking samples everything has gone very well for me. I recently had to go to Vicente Guerrero's suc and it was horrible, zero organization and my results did not arrive by mail as I requested, I had to go get them. 😕

Terrible service.. they do not respect studios reserved online.. poor treatment, no kindness or courtesy

Today I called before going to have an ultrasound and they told me that they do it for me at Vicente Guerrero, he arrived there and there was no mesico, they sent me Adolfo López Mateos and he arrived and they couldn't do it for me either, they should notify me or contact me. I agree, I always chose Chopo for its good service, but this time I was disappointed.
