LIV Fitness

I've been going here for the last three years and I enjoyed every minute of it. Jason goes out of his way to create a positive environment for everyone, the equipment is good (has everything that 99% of people would ever need) and the entire gym is very clean, bathrooms and showers included. Five Stars, every day.

I’ve been a member here for a year now, and I should have joined a decade ago. They have all the equipment you need, a good member to squat rack ratio, and you can’t beat the monthly cost. I end up disappointed in other gyms when I am traveling because they’re missing equipment.

Went here for about 4 years, one of the best gyms in the area. Only left because my family grew and the local YMCA had more amenities that are good for kids. The gym was always clean, and there were very rarely any machines down ( I recall only seeing it once or twice in my time going here). Lots of treadmills, and I very rarely found myself waiting to use anything as they have multiples of the high use areas (benches, squat racks)

Great environment to work out, and re-center yourself, given all the stresses and commitments of life. Whether you are new to working out, or a life-long gym-pro, everyone feels welcome. If your goal is a better and more sustainable healthy lifestyle, I would recommend you try LIV Fitness! You will not be disappointed!!

I was a member for maybe a year and a half. This is a great gym. Friendly staff who always greet you on your way in and out. Loads of equipment including multiple power racks, leg presses, bench press, and benches for other purposes. Tons of cardio equipment and dumbbells as well. Great location that is easily accessible. Incredibly clean and sanitary. Just overall a great gym with a great staff at a great price. It can get a little busy at times, but with the amount of equipment they have its rarely a problem.
