You make appointments through the web application or its app and when the day of the appointment arrives they tell you that the doctor is not in consultation today, that they have called and notified all the patients, this being completely false. And to make matters worse, the scheduled appointments that have already been previously confirmed by email do not even appear in the system. Good doctors, yes, but this is unacceptable when it comes to health, losing appointments months in advance because they do not have a minimally decent management system. A lot of marketing as a leading medical group, but it loses water everywhere in the most basic and elementary things, and the only thing it is a leader in is lack of control and lack of professionalism on the administrative, management and reception side.
