I just left after having made an appointment, I was delayed by traffic for 8 minutes (yes, my fault although it is not my fault). I have been treated by a girl who was extremely rude, which is why I am giving an opinion, things can be said in many ways and she has not been educated, and the tone with which you speak to people as if you forgive them the life you use it for your personal life, not for your work life. The first thing to say is that I have had the laser done before for a year, and I know how long it takes to do the laser in the areas I want, which in total is 10 minutes and that is a lot, and he told me with a haughty and rude that a person who is dedicated to the public should not use, that because of my delay I did not know if he would have time to do everything to me (it is clear that he does not have much experience) and because things had to be filled in (there was another girl with whom I could have done it perfectly afterwards.) Obviously I have taken it and left, there are thousands of laser places, and I am not going to give money to a franchise where if the staff is not professional enough, the service will not be professional enough.

It was the first time I had a laser done and I wasn't very convinced, but they explained everything perfectly, solving my doubts even through WhatsApp. The impeccable personal treatment, the girl who attends me (María José) is very nice and makes the sessions very enjoyable. I've only had 2 sessions but I'm very happy, since the first session I noticed changes.

Well, after 2 sessions the result is incredible, nothing painful and I am very happy. Dealing with the girls is wonderful, super professional. 👏👏👏👏👏
