Dishonest and evasive. I had brought my car in about a year ago to discuss damage repair. They told me they'd be happy to fix The damage but they didn't know how long it would be for parts. I decided to go with another shop but came back a year later to fix something else on the same car. They wanted $150 to make a repair estimate for a parking lot door ding. They told me that all body shops charge for estimates. I had just gotten an estimate for the same repair an hour earlier and another body shop and they didn't charge me anything. I explained this and asked if they would consider a lower estimate? c They flip flopped and told me they don't work on my brand of car even though they had just told me they did. Why is honesty so difficult? Isn't honesty more important than wealth? Isn't greed still dishonest?

From the day I walked in the door, I felt like I was with friends. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely professional, kind, and like a friend. The estimator Ed? I believe? was excellent. Now I know why you guys are rated so high. Thank you for everything. 😊

Kraftsman Auto Body was awesome! They helped us navigate a difficult insurance situation and did an awesome job on our repair. They even helped get it into the mechanic when my car wouldn’t start after I dropped it off for repairs. The whole staff was so helpful!!! We have been bringing our vehicles to them for repair for many years and they never let us down. We highly recommend Kraftsman Auto Body for vehicle repairs an awesome service!!

Kraftsman is top notch!! They made my car look new again!! Jeremy kept me well informed and scheduled the repair at a time that really helped me out. Cindy and the other front desk lady are so friendly and made that part of the process really easy. I highly recommend their service!!!

Outstanding service! This island is tough with some types of businesses as when thare are not a lot of choices, the customer service lacks due to a lack of competition. However Kraftsman Auto Body excelled in both customer service and quality of repairs. Jeremy went over and above to work with me and the 2 insurance companies involved. These specific insurance companies were probably 2 of the worst ones to work with but he was able to work things out through his persistence and knowledge of the process. Well done Jeremy! And the ladies in front office are super friendly as well! Thanks Kraftsman…..my car is beautiful!
